We had a wonderful dinner at Terra and really enjoyed the overall experience. We ordered the Focaccia Barese, ravioli, gelato, and tiramisu. The Focaccia Barese was fresh, soft, and flavorful—a great way to start the meal. The cheese ravioli was cooked perfectly, with a rich, creamy filling and a well-balanced sauce that paired nicely with the pistachios and vegetables. The gelato was smooth, refreshing, and the perfect palate cleanser. To finish, the tiramisu was light, creamy, and had just the right balance of coffee flavor without being overly sweet. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place for a relaxed dinner, and the service was attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with high-quality food and a cozy atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back to try more dishes.
I absolutely love Eataly! Every time we come here, it’s such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is perfect. The music is present without being overwhelmingly loud, even on the weekends, which makes it easy for my husband and me to enjoy meaningful conversations together.
This evening we had the pleasure of being served by Alex Beatriz, and was absolutely delightful. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making our experience even more special.
I’m so grateful for Eataly. Every visit brings back wonderful memories of our trip to Italy, and that’s something truly special. Thank you for consistently providing such an amazing experience. We always look forward to coming back!

Dave and Joann were great. Dave has no peer, was unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and attentive without being flagged down. An excellent meal and experience, will be back again.

Beautifully presented and delicious beyond measure. It's a bit expensive, but isn't everything these days?
This is not our first visit here. The tiramisu is truly a hidden gem here in Dallas. Jacob took great care of us and made awesome suggestions! This place is Italian so order Italian you won't be disappointed. Oh and the potatoes are under rated. Thanks jacob!
While the interior was admittedly very aesthetic, off the bat the food absolutely disappointed and so did the prices. Our $22 salad which was advertised as having roasted corn and avocado had maybe 6 small chunks of avocado and barely any corn on it. Our $27 dollar burrata was only one burrata, which was decent, but too cold and needed to come to temperature. The eggplant it was served with was delicious, but the whole dish lacked salt and the overall execution and flavor didn’t match the price. The pastas were the best dishes but still nothing out of this world and again not worth the prices. Then came the $52 per person live charcoal grill skewer platter…not only was every piece of meat overcooked to smithereens, but everything lacked proper seasoning and Italian authenticity. The “pork shoulder” was bacon wrapped mortadella and was too salty and fatty, the steak was well done and impossible to chew with little flavor, the chicken was dry and honestly just didn’t taste good, and the sausage tasted like jack links. I wasn’t initially going to write this review because the manager did actually take off the overcooked meat dish, which was very generous. But then, when I checked our bag of leftovers, I discovered that our server had removed our pastas that we took to go and had paid for. It was the most unbelievably petty service we’d ever experienced and by the time we realized we’d already tipped 20%.

Excellent experience, fresh tasting food, superb service.
I had special:appetizer, pasta and branzino fish.
Will be back
While the food is decent, it took a full hour before any arrived at the table. The waiters were friendly and considerate of food allergies, but rather understaffed. Options for gluten free are limited.
My server Justin was very helpful and super polite and am very thankful ! The food was amazing and the drinks were also amazing will be back soon

No se si no pedi bien pero no me encanto la burrata, los ravioles, el prosciutto todo equis no volvería. El servicio muy bien y las bebidas igual solo la comida no fue de mi agrado.
Bread was fresh but you have to order it and it is not complimentary.

Highly recommend spending your time and money elsewhere. Went for lunch on a Sunday and could not have been more disappointed by the food. Ordered the Carbonara which didn't come with pancetta (all carbonaras come with pancetta) so I added it to the order. My "pancetta" was four side applewood bacon strips. Paid $12 extra and they don't even add it into the meal for me. Similar thing with the Caesar salad. Ordered chicken to be added in and came on the side uncut. The dressing tasted flavorless. Overall, just not a great experience. Go spend $75+ elsewhere and skip on the name brand.
The flavors were outstanding, and every dish tasted fresh and well prepared. I was impressed by how quickly everything came out while still being high quality. The staff checked in often, stayed polite, and made the experience even better. The casual, laid-back vibe made it easy to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. I liked it so much that I came back the following day for another visit. This place is absolutely worth trying if you enjoy good food.
