 Today I enjoyed my birthday celebration at Terra restaurant in Eataly. The quality of the food was fresh and the presentation was absolutely gorgeous. All of the food from the bread, to the cheese to ravioli and ithe fish or outstanding!! my husband and I ordered the tasting menu and although it was just two of us, there was enough food for four so we took several bags of food home with us to enjoy later! We were served at the delicious white wine and also enjoyed complementary...
Our server Brittany was great. Atmosphere a little loud but pretty. Only issue was that the online menu we reviewed the same day was different than the actual menu and we made the choice to go due to the table share vegan option. It sounded great even for the non vegans. Will still return but not with a vegan guest.
The food is good, but unfortunately, this time, the service was quite poor. The server was not attentive. As soon as we sat down, he rushed us to order drinks. We told him we needed a minute to look at the menu, and then he was gone for about 10-15 minutes. After placing our order, he did not come by but did stop by the tables next to us. We had to flag down different servers for water and our check. Perhaps this server was new and in training but he didn't seem to care at...
