Why? How? Can you be out of pretzel bits and fish and chips??
Was not expecting much, because, I mean it’s TGI Fridays, right? Well, it was actually pretty good. Got the Thai chicken salad pre flight. The restaurant was very relaxed, quiet, and cozy. Perfect for decompressing before a flight. The waiter was very friendly and attentive.

Had an hour and a half wait till my next flight took off to Indianapolis… wanted somewhere quick and good… this place didn’t dissapoint… Service was quick.. food was great and the brews were cold.. was able to get out of there in about 45 minutes and left overwhelmingly satisfied.!! Highly recommend!!

Food was great. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed because it wasn't alot of wait staff out, so they were left to service everyone the best they could.

Absolutely the worst airport service we’ve had. Not the cooks fault, servers appear to be inept. Sat for 36 minutes to get two burgers. The manager couldn’t be bothered to help and our server told us to ‘hold on’ with her hand up towards us as if we asked for something over and above what we paid for. Hire better and understand your patrons.

2 stars because food and server were fine. manager was extremely rude. didn’t catch his name but his customer service is non existent. hope you’re able to fix this problem. never had a bad experience at any locations before this. i just got home from a long flight and was excited to sit down and eat a meal. he stopped by my table and told me i need to finish eating or ill be kicked out because other customers were waiting and needed to be sat. (i was only there for 30 minutes at that point).
