This is for the terminal C location. If you're a lone traveler, they cram you in like sardines.

The ribs were actually not bad, but the fries were soggy and I don't know what the cheeses are in the 4 cheese mac, but none of them are good.

Service was friendly, but otherwise not a great experience.

I hadn’t eaten at a TGIF in several years. Now I remember why I stopped eating here. I found the food to be quite disappointing. The Thai salad did not meet expectations, and while the soup was somewhat acceptable, I wouldn’t recommend it. You should exploring other dining options instead of eating here.

I recently dined at TGI Fridays in the DFW airport and ordered the chicken salad with a side of fries. While the chicken itself was a bit of a letdown—it didn't look like the photo on the menu and lacked flavor—the rest of the salad was phenomenal. The greens were fresh, the toppings were generous, and the dressing was perfectly balanced. The fries were also a highlight, crispy and delicious. Despite the chicken not living up to expectations, the overall meal was enjoyable. I'd give it 4 stars and would consider giving it another shot next time I'm in the area.

The food and service were good. The place the actual restaurant needs an upgrade, everything looks old, and it feels like it's about to break.

It is one of the more decent restaurants at the airport. You may have to wait a little if you come at peak time, but they'll find you a spot. You are allowed to stay as long as you want, which is a plus compared to other stores. Food is about average, but my guess is that it's hard to find a solid place at the airport

It's all about an awesome breakfast when I come thru DFW airport! Hot, fresh coffee to kick off my early morning and TGI Friday's has an awesome cup of Joe! I had to have bacon and eggs this morning and TGI Friday's delivered! Try them next time you come thru DFW airport. NOTE: TGI Friday's Million Dollar Cobb, Rocks! Give them a try!

The food was great. Real fast service. Awesome customer service.

Kid-friendliness: The kid menu had good options.
The plate came back with plenty of food on it for a child.

Terrific in every way. Lovely, bright and constantly kept up to remain clean.
They handle thousands of people and yet I might of well been the hostess’ neighbor with her warm greeting and obvious effort to have me seated as quickly as possible.
Thereafter, my server was equally as efficient and kind. The food is typical Americana and true to the brand. I will forever embrace the Caesar salad and whiskey glazed chicken strips. Not healthy but yummy and vacation food doesn’t have calories!
This is a safe and enjoyable choice enroute to your gate.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid approved food. They will leave happy.

The damage is done and your team offered nothing, and I do mean absolutely nothing to help us resolve the problem other than to drive back and pick up his wallet. We wasted our valuable time And money. Your team needs a educational class on customer service and hospitality. Again, the damage is done.

We stopped in very briefly for just a drink during our layover. When we got to our final destination my husband discovered he left his wallet on their counter. When we called they was absolutely no help to get us his wallet. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and I can't imagine making someone's stressful situation even more stressful. The manager my husband spoke to, actual told him they would destroy all his credit cards!! Why would you tell someone that in a all ready stressful situation. He was looking for a solution to get his wallet and All the contents back. The only solution offered was for us to drive back to get it, which turned in to a 15 hour total drive, when there could have been a easier solution. This establishment needs a valuable lesson in hospitality and customer service. When my husband met the GM to get his wallet at the airport, apparently she was nice, but that is a moot point, considering he told her the manager is not nice, she knows and this was our situation.
Do better, much, Much better.

I had a 3 hour layover and decided to get breakfast at TGIF in the airport. I was greeted by the hostess immediately. The waitress also came quickly and was very nice. I got the breakfast sandwich with potatoes and it was really good. I think their prices were decent for being in a airport. It was $13.99. very pleasant experience.
