I ordered the Thai fried rice with beef. Generous serving, and it came out warm. The young lady at the counter was very polite. However, my meal sort of reeked of a urine-like smell. I've never smelled beef fried rice like this before. Due to the price and the lower-than-average food experience, I'm afraid I will not be coming back.

Horrible experience! Ordered flat noodle but got glass noodle. Requested to not put any meat but got chicken in it. Lady at front desk is not friendly at all. You don't get what you order. Ingredient details on menu for a dish is not right. There is no mention of eggs and dish comes with it. On other it clearly says eggs. Food was not tasty as well and no water!

I ordered a 1 spice level but the dish was very spicy. I also wish they would take the tails off the shrimp so you don't need to dig your fingers into your stir fry and get them all messy.

Food was seriously bland. No seasoning, no spice, no flavor at all. Ordered the red curry and it was bitter and watery. The dumplings were greasy, cold, and also under seasoned.

Order thru Uber Eats. Arrived in a timely manner. Food was good. I was impressed by the thought put into packaging. My spring rolls were wrapped individually so the rice paper did not stick together.

I have never had any major problems with this place until today. I placed an order at 11AM for Thai Fried Rice (No veggies and 3 Star Spice Level) and Shrimps in the Blanket. The delivery time was scheduled for 11:43AM and the food was not delivered until 1:13PM of which was completely cold by then. The fried rice also has veggies despite iterating that on the online order. I ended up spending an extra 15 minutes picking them all out.

The food was excellent. But they forgot the chili oil I requested on the instruction section and the straw for tea.

Ordered 2 orders of chicken pad Thai for delivery with 2 different spice levels. Both in one bag and not labeled, had to guess. Delivery took over an hour when we are less than 1 mile away. Further, i found more tofu than chicken in my dish. Called the restaurant and was told that pad Thai comes with tofu. This is not our first order at this location but this is the first time I have gotten tofu in it, let alone more tofu than chicken. Person who answered the phone made no attempts at service recovery and eventually hung up on me.
