Everyone here is welcoming and they'll even help you decide on what to try. It's a new favorite! There isn't a lot of seating areas, but there's places around to have a picnic.
This is a cool venue but there are limitations in Summer months. For a 6 pm show there is a direct sun glare and reflection off the glass building that shines down on sitting area. There are trees but not everyone was protected. They need a bunch of fans and misting devices for this location to be feasible in Summer at this time. Music was good but too short and not worth paying premium prices. Do the later time in Summer months. We did not eat, food smelled and looked good...
Unfortunately, The Artisan in Dallas misses the mark, starting from the moment you arrive. There’s no valet parking—not at the restaurant, not at the Stella Hotel, and not at the Ellie Hotel. Be prepared to park across the street and shell out \$15 just to get started. For a place positioning itself as upscale, this sets a frustrating tone from the beginning.
