Went to front desk the night before my reservation ended. I asked to extend my room for one more night. The employee asked me for my ID, then gave me a room key and said I was good. Next day at noon I was away working and the manager calls me on the phone. He says my checkout was today and they are removing my belongings from the room. Cockroach, dirty room, a sink that doesn't work. Tried to be cool with the front desk, they moved me to a new room because of the roach, but they moved me into a room where the sink didn't work. Then the refused to move me again while maintenance wouldn't come till the next morning. Generally wouldn't write a bad review if they just made it right, but didn't happen that way.
Business travelers don't stay here! They denied my company's business card authorization form ahead of time. And instead asked for me to email them my ID and CC ahead of time.... That sounds like theft to me from a front desk associate.... Companies use virtual cards to prevent theft for this very reason. I would stay elsewhere. Sad part is that I've stayed here before with no issues. Front desk management didn't seem interested in talking to my agency that handles our company...read full review
