Amazing staff and great, safe environment. The gentlemen that checked us in and was working the nights while we were there was so sweet and nice! The room was big enough for us and the pool was great. We loved staying here!

I made my reservation on line , I reserved a room with private kitchenette and when I got there front desk clerk told me they don't have rooms with kitchenette, on line says they have a restaurant and a lounge and they don't, THEY DONT HAVE HOUSEKEEPING EVERYDAY, WATER IN THE SWIMMING POOL LOOKS GREEN.

The Commons at Sonesta Select offers a limited, but solid selection of some popular Starbucks beverages as well as bottled juices, water, coke, soda and pop.In the evening, The Commons serves tasty appetizers, sandwiches, wine and beer and Massachusetts-themed cocktails skillfully made by Jennifer.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to move about.

The hotel was well located along Interstate 75 in Dallas, Texas. The room was clean a quite and the air conditioner was running nicely. The accommodations were nice enough and a good value for the cost.

My family and I had reservations for 5 days at the end of December in Superior Suite, their highest-level room. We traveled from out of state with our two young children and arrived at about 1:30 a.m. The room was NASTY. Had it not been 1:30 a.m. and I was not with our young children, I would have walked out. I honestly would have rather stayed in my car. I am a big believer that you can't fix an issue unless you know it exists. On the morning of check-out, I requested to speak with the manager to share the issues. I was told he was not there, but to email him. I emailed that morning, with complete details of all issues, including pictures. I received an out-of-office reply, so I waited a week after his return to the office to post a review in hopes of a reply. I’ve yet to receive a reply, though he HAS read the email, so I am proceeding with the review. I am a meeting professional and spend a great deal of time in hotels. I am part of selecting and contracting hotels for huge city-wide conventions, including in Dallas. I hoped the manager would use this information to make some much-needed changes. I shared all of this with him in the email. As the manager could not bother to respond, I do not believe changes will be made. I would not recommend this property to ANYONE. Stay elsewhere – it is NASTY!

I was pleasantly surprised. Older hotel but nicely done, very clean, comfortable, large rooms, comfortable beds. Starbucks in the lobby. For the price, can't go wrong. The staff was nice also, made a great recommendation for dinner nearby.

I only chose this hotel because i was stressed and I wanted to go one place have dinner and drink and go to bed. But once there looked for restaurant and then asked front desk, none. I asked if they had a map of nearby restaurants, he said no but named a few nearby. No list in room of delivery service? Exhausted, I had to drive in traffic to find a place. Went to breakfast next morning....had to pay. I got a bagel for $5 ! I could have gone to Dennys and had a full breakfast for that! Long wait to check in, short staffed. Otherwise, the stay was fine. I just think they need to change the advertising to advise of of closure.

I had a reservation through American Airlines airmiles. The front desk said it had been canceled. QUITE rude. I called AA to straighten it out and the hotel couldn't show proof of cancelation (AA didn't either). Sonesta was rude to AA, too. LOL! While waiting on that conversation I wandered around. Place was filthy (should've made photos) and the guests arriving were loud and as obnoxious as the front desk - a suitable match it would appear. Wouldn't recommend this property at all. AA moved me to 4- star Renaissance hotel up the road. Dodged a bullet there. LOVE American Airlines Customer Service!

I was making reservations for a client of mine who was traveling through Dallas. This hotel was in the location he wanted to be and had some questions since he was traveling with hid dog. I called the hotel to enquire about the room and the pet policy. The associate I spoke to said there was a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. I checked the website and it showed $25 plus tax 1-3 night stay. I called back and the same associate answered and again stated the fee was $150. I asked why the website said something different and he wouldn't even offer an explanation. He came across like he really didn't give a f*** when I said the information was misleading. Unprofessional and misleading information on their website. Be aware before you confirm a room here, especially if it's non changeable.

Though missing a few amenities, this was a nice size, clean place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 5 nights. This was the first hotel where they don't service your room unless you request it. We opted to pickup up towels, trash bags and coffee supplies at the front desk on our way up to our room. The staff always gave us what we needed. We just put our used towels and trash bags outside the door and they picked them up from there.

I stayed for one night on May 11, the check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. Manager Maurice recommended the Bangkok Dee Thai food behind the hotel. It was superb choice. I choose here because Hotwire program made it very affordable for 3 star hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Entire room was clean and spacious. No complain at all. The hotel near Museum of biblical art. I loved their collection.
