We are staying at the Crescent and wanted to try this place. Nothing about it is bad; but be prepared to pay $24 for 3 pancakes. We are foodies and do not mind paying for good food; but some of the items were a little ridiculous. I would say there are better options within walking distance. Food was good; but not spectacular. Convenient being in the hotel lobby and the view of the garden is great!

Please allow me to tell you that you have the worst person ever to in the Conservatory front desk.He was very RUDE and racist.I have come in, asked for a table, but he said I have to wait 45 minutes, knowing that more than half of the tables were empty (photo attached), but he said “people behind you are waiting”. No one was there! With all this, this is not the main problem, but it is his attitude, to be standing talking to him and he leaves me and walks!!!Wish you can find better people to represent your place.

I had breakfast at 11am on a saturday with a coworker and it was moderately busy. It is situated inside of the hotel to the right, leading into a Very open and inviting seating area. I wasnt a fan that 3 people asked us for our drink order within a 5 minute span. The coffee was bottomless and they do offer nondairy creamer.Their parfait is very filling and their eggs benedict was technically fine but Ive come to realize after trying a few times at a few places im not a fan of the Eggs Benedict dish in general.

Beautiful garden views and attentive service are what you'll find here. The food is better than average but it is not great considering the high price tag. Still, it's worth a visit when downtown at the Crescent.

The staff at the Crescent were fantastic! I visited in July for their afternoon tea while on vacation in Dallas. After making my reservation I needed to add an extra person, and even though the event had sold out the staff were amazing at helping me to add an extra guest. Then when the day arrived my +1 was ill. Once again the staff were gracious and helpful in modifying the reservation. The afternoon tea itself was delightful, with a harpist for entertainment and a delicious menu. I added on the champagne option which came with free flowing champagne, it was a great deal. I'd very happily come back my next trip through Dallas.

Absolutely love coming here for afternoon tea every few months. Louis is always pleasant and attentive to each and every guest. Each time I've come the menu is a different theme and I enjoy trying new sweet and savory options each time. If you're looking for a traditional English tea service in Dallas, this is the place.

The food was good but the service was just ok. Anytime I eat at a higher end place I expect better than average customer service and that not what we got. Our reservation was at 12:45 and it felt like we were rushed from the get go. We were told we needed to order our food asap because the kitchen was slow and it closed at 2. Then once we placed the order we were told the food would come out slowly, we ordered apps, but it all came at once. We also tried to order desserts but was told the pastry chef was not there. Not sure what he meant by that but needless to say we felt we couldn't order dessert.

Beautiful location and the food was decent. Unfortunately the service was very slow. We didn't get our food order in until a full hour after we were sat and that was after we asked several times for our server to come to the table. The restaurant wasn't busy but high tea was being hosted in the lobby and I believe that's where a lot of the focus was placed rather than the restaurant.

Food was fine. Service was spotty. If you are lucky you will get the older waitress as she is great. The young servers do not check on you or follow up. Should be much better than it was.

The good was amazing. Our server Anna was fabulous. Her attention detail and ability to predict needs before being asked were spectacular. I definitely recommend this location for breakfast and/or lunch.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views of the courtyard. For the cost, the food was just okay. The large cinnamon roll was dry, avocado toast was good but nothing special, eggs Benedict was good, nothing was bad but I wouldn't go back. My expectations may have been too high.

Lovely relaxing breakfast here with a courtyard view. The perfect Saturday morning to ease into the day. Enjoyed aquiet, calm, and the perfect hot cup to rejuvenate us after a long week. The avo-toast and benny were devine. Always the perfect go-to spot with exceptional service.

The place closes at 2pm and transforms into Nobu restaurant we were told but the booking allowed us to reserve for 130pm.this messes with the ambiance because while you are trying to eat they will be moving tables and that messes with the ambience.
