Love this place for Monday trivia, but had a terrible experience with our server Chelsea D. Ruined our experience.

Third time coming for Trivia Night, but by far the worst server experience I’ve ever had. Chelsea D. said some really mean and off-putting things, which is a shame since we had really good experiences with the servers the previous two times. Some quotes from tonight: I asked to place to order after everyone else in my party had, her response was “oh so you’re FINALLY ready to order.”, then left for ten minutes and only came back when someone from our party went to the bartender to place an order.
Another comment made tonight: when bringing our checks, she turned to someone in our party and said “if you’re just going to leave a dollar tip, don’t even bother.” Which caught us completely off guard. Every comment was said with such aggressive demeanor, but it was literally just our table being spoken to this way. These are just two of the many examples from tonight, such an uncomfortable situation. What started as a really fun trivia night ended on such a bad note.

I travel across the US for work and always try new restaurants, but I cannot express enough how comforting this Pub is. Atmosphere is so relaxing, service was top notch; HUGE shout out to Kim our server who was so sweet and quick with our food and drinks even though it’s a Friday night and they were busy. Food was fantastic I recommend the Tower of London Burger, and cheesy Hampton fries. I subbed my burger fries for mashed potatoes and they made my husband and I’s eye bug out of our head they were so good.

What to put extra emphasis on our server Kim, as a previous server myself; she really took the cake with smiles and hospitality the whole time and was very persistent with checking on us consistently to make sure we had the best experience.

Definitely recommend sitting on the patio!!

Really solid spot to catch some football matches! Good food and drink. Big shout out to Clay for being such an awesome and witty server. As a business owner, I can say I'd get Clay into upper roles. Maybe I'll come back and pitch him for my Pub. 😜

We like this place, it was one of my new favs, until last Sunday I ordered the fish and chips and am still sick about the hair, I found after I ate it. I don't think 🤔 I'll go back. I love the atmosphere and the chill vibe but that hair in my food took me out.

I had an amazing experience at this pub but it would not have been as great without the help of Skylar Johnson. He is an amazing waiter, so funny, and very attentive. He checked to make sure that we got our food and checked on us frequently.
