Terrible service, waited over an hour for drinks! Bartender unprofessional and got the feeling the waiter was avoiding us because he knew we were unhappy. When the bill came they charged us for drinks we never received! The waiter didn’t want to deal with is complaining so he quickly called the manager.
This location needs better hiring practices. Imagine checking your bank transactions & seeing that the waitress has STOLEN from you on your ticket!! Yes she really decided to tip herself extra on our ticket after we gave her a tip in cash…Called to report it & the manager was so nonchalant abt it. So much for integrity I guess. Had to make the call to corporate to get some resolution. And for this to be the experience and we were 1st time customers I definitely give this 0/10...read full review
The food was DELICIOUS, the service was FANTASTIC, and the experience just FUN! We love having dinner here! 😊
