Always dependable food, service and experience. First time food quality was not perfect. Several in our party had their famous Halibut, which is excellent multiple times I've had it. Last night the chief over cooked it and it was dry. Must have been the good chiefs night off.
What a fantastic night. Our server Mercedes was the gold standard of service. The food was exceptional and the owner Chris came by the table to make sure everything was good. This is a tremendous place for all levels of personal and business dining.
The Mercury consistently impresses with high-quality food, stylish ambiance, and thoughtful service perfect for a celebratory evening or an intimate dinner. However, it’s not the quietest or most budget-friendly option.
The fish dish I ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor, though the portion was on the smaller side. Overall, a refined dining experience that’s worth trying, especially for special occasions. The service was good.
