Great atmosphere but service is sorely lacking. Staying at the hotel for work and popped by on a Sunday afternoon to relax at the pool—it was understandably very busy since it was a weekend, so unfortunately my experience was not all that relaxing since there was a loud DJ playing. They do a bag check at the entrance so I had to give up my plastic water bottles before coming in. They do have water stations with small cups around the pool but on a hot day, those go quickly. I...
I came in on a Saturday and bought general admission just to grab a quick bite pool side. When I walked in I saw reserved seating (that cost money) and I saw FREE day beds that were first come first served. I noticed people were leaving their belongings on the free day beds as place holders, while they got in the pool. So I asked wait staff was this allowed, and 2 of the girls collectively said “no they shouldn’t be doing that”
