Atmosphere was great. Music was good but way too loud making table conversation very difficult. The food was good, but the service was lousy. The waitress didn't refill any drinks, including alcohol, and took around 20 minutes to return with the check.

My family and friends only come to the Rustic for their fantastic brunch. However, today we were told they’ve reworked the brunch menu and eliminated their most loved and successful items (quiche, salad, donuts). The replacements we tried were so bad, we almost left. If it ain’t broke (and loved) don’t fixed it. Sad to say we won’t be coming back until they reinstate the og brunch :/

This place is exactly what I think of when I think of when I think Texas. Country music, a great patio, an American flag on the wall built from beer cans, awesome, hospitable service, and damn good food.I had their Texas Cheesesteak. I spent over a decade as a cook & chef. This was easily in the top 10 sandwiches I've ever eaten, and arguably the GOAT. Sweet, melty pimento cheese adoring their slow smoked brisket, finished with grilled onions, green peppers, and jalapeño slices. Oh my gawd, I can't wait to go back.

Me and my sister had a reservation and the hostess treated us awful. When we walked up to the desk she ignored us standing there for a good three minutes and then when we told her we got a text that our table was ready she didnt say a word to us, just grabbed menus and walked off. She sat us (two of us) at a huge picnic table. Our waitress was sweet, however because of where we were sat, we were asked to move half way through our meal because they needed that table for another party. They ended sitting us at a table with two other people, complete strangers, which I dont think is okay at all. The food was great and our waitresses were very kind and gave us a 20% off discount for making us move.
Stopped twice during our trip to Dallas. Amazing food, good atmosphere, and friendly service. Get the peanut butter pie, it's awesome.

Ah-maz-ing!Great food, great vibes, great music, great service! What more could you ask for!? Wonderful dining experience and truly delicious food! The shells and cheese is wonderful! Love me a good lemonade. And the peanut butter pie was a great end to the meal! Yum yum yum! Check this place out and enjoy!PS- Steven was a wonderful server!Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure they can accommodate wheelchairs, but using my cane felt cramped in some places. They for sure had indoor seating where they could swap a chair for a wheelchair at the table and there are ramps into this area as it is sunken from the entrance. Might not be super easy to navigate, but they're very kind and helpful so I'm sure you could figure it.
