I love this place. The Thai tea is excellent, and my favorite lunch item is the basil fried rice. Large enough portion for me that I can also have leftovers the next day. Friendly staff, too.
As usual, great tasting food. Excellent services and good prices. Had the crying tiger with heat level of 4. Love the beef and the jasmine rice is cooked perfectly. Tippy is a wonderful restaurant owner and will do whatever she needs to for you to enjoy your meal.

I love Tippy’s. Best Thai food ever. Warning - even level 1 spiciness is nose running hot. Tigger (or Tiger?) beef is very tender and has a great flavor. The Green papaya salad is my go to here. They also have this super secret hot sauce that Tippy brings back from Thailand - at least they used to. If you like something explosively hot, ask for this!
