!! LEONARDOOOO !!

We’ve been solely coming to the SMU location because of Leonardo! Beforehand, the service was slow and super busy (of course: it’s a college area!), but it made the bar super stale. We would drive to Arlington for like a year and a half just to have the “bartender experience” to be able to snack on chips & queso, watch sports, and converse with our bartender. We love that! Even though this isn't a sit down restaurant, you wouldn't notice because the service was so good! I forgot to grab a drink at the kiosk and when Noah dropped off my order to my table, he grabbed my drink and even filled it up for me! He even came back later to see if I wanted a refill. So sweet! The democrat taco and the queso were definitely my favorites.

Came in on a busy Thursday, sat at the bar and the young lady Mariann took such good care of us. I tried the new taco..which is the “The damn Goodman” spicy taco w/ fried shrimp, cabbage and candied jalapeños which was exactly what I needed! Then I got a margarita to pair w/ it and a side of rice and beans to compliment. I will definitely be back. I met Tory the manager and she made sure everything came out according which I appreciated.
