First time here and I got the chicken katsu toji bowl The food was good but they forgot the egg and no fried kimchi was added which I paid extra for. Please do better next time!

It was a decent, clean environment. We believe the owner greeted us, had sunglasses on but wasn't sure if that was medical or not.

We ordered at a kiosk. Menu was simple, easy to read and came with photos. They don't have unlimited beverages but so have bottled or canned drinks. Their dumplings, Cali roll were off the chain. The pork belly lacked flavor in the meat. The rest of the seasoning made up for it. The sesame chicken was slightly dry, but still good.

One issue we ran into was there was a hair in the Cali roll. We caught it right away, before opening the box. They threw it away in front of us and made a fresh one and did apologize profusely.

There was one point multiple people arrived, are und 7, and stepped into the back area.they seemed to be family but it was a bit concerning that so many people were back there, after catching hair in the food.

We love to cater to family owned businesses, but do want to ensure safety protocol is being followed.

Post eating 4 hours ago, no stomach issues or anything. Again, seems like a regular place, just a couple of concerns.

Awesome fast‑casual spot on Retail Road. Bowls are huge—packed with protein, fresh veggies, and flavorful sauces; the Chicken Katsu Curry and Beef Teriyaki bowls stood out for me

I ordered online pickup which was problem free. I was disappointed with the dish...Firecracker Chicken with white rice and stir fry veggies. No taste, or should I say, very little taste. The chicken was very dry. I will not return for another visit. Panda Express is a much better choice for the money. (9.99 + tax)

Food was fresh and pretty good with really decent portion for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place is honestly a hidden gem. They have very tasty bowls and you simply can’t beat the price!

I got the firecracker chicken bowl and my wife got the bed teriyaki bowl. We both just ate in silence because it was so good. $10 a bowl is prob one of the best deals for a meal in Dallas. Would come again.

I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl and it was absolutely delicious! This was my very first time and was impressed absolutely loved this place!

This was our first time at the Unbelievable Bowl on Retail road off of Skillman Ave. We loved it. The price of $9.95 for a large bowl is great we got a chicken terreyake bowl the included rice, veggies, and an egg plus the meat. The bowl was a great deal. The customer service was good. I loved the place,food and service. I will e back soon
