We went there pretty late after a concert, the service was pretty quick. I got the vegetarian tacos (cauliflower, panner) and they were really good. Would definitely go again.

We love Velvet Taco. It is frustrating, though, that the tall tables are taller than the tall high chairs. My 2 year old's forehead is at the level of the table. There is very limited low seating indoors, and it is often full.

Chicken and waffle taco, chicken tikka taco, Korean fried rice taco are all bangers. Hubby loves Kobe smash burger taco…it’s aight. Guac is nothing to write home about but the elote is good and curry queso is great. Velvet taco consistently hits. Open late and fast, friendly service. Can’t beat it! You’re welcome :)

I’m very been coming here for five years and omg they’ve never disappointed! I wish I would’ve taken a picture of my food but I demolished it haha!
The secret menu is genius and the picnic taco is my absolute favorite with the chicken and waffle on its heels behind!!!

My fiance and I frequently visit the Uptown McKinney Avenue location. We normally enjoy the experience. However, not as much on July 13th at 8 22 pm. I'm assuming the manager Gloria did not greet us and had us waiting until she finished a non work related conversation. Our food was not warm due to Gloria leaving it out while unpacking food containers. All the outside tables were disgusting and the trash was full for us to not dispose our waste appropriately. This was a bad customer service experience. Thank you, Vincent
I’ve visited this location several times and this time the worst experience. Visited this location on Sunday evening and the cashier was not friendly at all. After I paid for the food she just walked away. All of the tables outside were extremely dirty and trash cans were filled so we were unable to throw the food away. Food was cold and there’s dead bugs in the cooler where they keep the bottled drinks ( you can tell that cooler doesn’t get cleaned). Hopefully some changes can be implemented to where cleanliness and customer serivce is top priority because it is in a great location.
