First time going this morning and the worker that helped me Angie was extremely nice and professional. I didn’t know what to order and she asked me what kind of things I like and she said she had the perfect coffee for me. I don’t remember what it was called but it had a great caramel flavor to it as I don’t just like plain coffee. Will be going back here more often thank to Angie the awesome drink she made me and the atmosphere.
We stayed here for a company event. Overall, great service from the time you check in to check out. This hotel is in a great location surrounded by many great nearby restaurants. My room was clean, modern, and well decorated. The food service was decent!
The hotel website caught my eye, and despite being a little further from my meeting location, I wanted to give it a try. I was so happy I did! I got upgraded to a King Club Room (thank you) and the room itself was beautiful, well-appointed, very comfortable. I have paid much more for much less room in the past, so this was like finding a hidden gem in the Dallas uptown area.
