Took them 1 hour to make a Cajun pasta that tasted like laundry soap .. They should stick to being a club and leave the food business behind .. zero

The star is ONLY for the band. They were great. The service was deplorable NOT the server although she was NOT the best she could only do what was within her ability I suppose. My friend got there, ordered the HH lamb chops which she said took about 30 minutes to get.. the waitress was very busy however by the time she came back to ask us if we wanted anything else while bringing the drinks and the lamb chops (they came when I arrived)after what my friend says was a long wait. ( I got there about 8:45) it was after 9:00 when she came to the table to take our order. NEVER said hey HH is about to ve over NOTHING!!!She came back and told us the manager would not honor the HH price ?!?!?!?! What... After we have already been waiting and waiting for the server to come back...We asked for a manager.. Think anyone EVER came?!?!?! Why are so many BOB this way? It's disheartening to say the least. We patronize... we do but service like this leaves such a bitter taste DO BETTER!!!! We will never ever ever go back

The videos I encountered on TikTok about this establishment were misleading. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by a lack of professionalism and poor customer service, which is why I’m leaving a 1-star review. As someone who is extremely supportive of Black-owned businesses, I was disappointed by what I experienced tonight. I would not recommend this place, and I believe there is a need for significant improvement in customer service skills before running a business and expecting genuine support. I didn’t have the opportunity to try the food, as I was neither greeted nor acknowledged upon arrival. Based on my experience, I would rate it a 0 out of 10 and will not be returning. This also explains the slow traffic and low customer turnout.

Please do better!! Reservation today at 1PM arrived on time, establishment not busy or packed. Took waiter at least 20 minutes to acknowledge us. Oh and it’s was only a party of 2. After the waiter came, we ordered drinks and food ASAP. After sitting for an hour or more no drinks, no food. 😳 a table of 4 men came in and instantly received drinks. The bartender did more talking than making drinks. Piss poor 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. No manager to apologize no nothing. We even walked out and nobody said anything! Smh! Only giving 1 star because I had to select a star!

It’s to empty to try and let yo bottle girls have an attitude! Straight scam!!!!!! Please don’t let IG fool you! Service horrible, I would rather have a house party than try and charge what they charge. Get some better looking staff with better attitudes

FOOD: (1) Food was served cold, (2) Food was late getting to us & (3) Food was nasty & overcooked. "SERVICE": (1) Service was slow, (2) Wait was long [more than 30min] & (3) Server had outwardly displayed attitude & impatient. "ATMOSPHERE": (1) Ambience was nice, but (2) upon entering establishment and the whole while trying to eat our food & enjoy the scenery, we kept getting a sick feeling and total disdain for the horrible & constant reeking smile of a full blown sewage line inside restaurant and the restroom was even worse. #SellLikeShitHole P.S. "VERY" Small ragged & damage concrete surface on and adjacent streets are horribly constructed (pot holes), possibly causing damage to your vehicle when entering and leaving the restaurant.
Parking: Fix entire sewage drain asap! Stop burning candles & Insense to try to mask the horrible smell.
Kid-friendliness: Adult vibes.
Wheelchair accessibility: They may have one (1) small handicap parking spot, but no other readily constructed accommodation.
