This Japanese noodle spot serves some truly delicious dishes—rich broth, fresh toppings, and noodles cooked just right. It’s easily one of the better places around for a comforting, satisfying bowl.

The only downside is the wait. It can get pretty long during peak times, so definitely plan ahead if you’re coming with a group or on a tight schedule.

I also wish they offered a loyalty program. I find myself coming here often enough that saving a little money or earning rewards would be a great perk.

Overall, fantastic food that’s worth the wait—just be prepared, and maybe bring a little extra patience!

Very disappointing lunch today. My husband and I both got the Tonkotsu ramen which came out lukewarm. Our server also only came by once to refill the water. The music was obnoxiously loud to the point where I can't have a proper conversation.

Love the ramen at Wabi House. Broth is super rich and flavorful in the tonkotsu ramen. Corn fritters are very good too. Good selection of cocktails that were tasty!

The best ramen in the area, although there's sometimes a line but it's worth the wait.

Terrible wait system. There needs to be some system to limit time spent at tables for huge wait lists. We were position #0 on the waitlist for over an hour with 20 parties behind us. Food was good, but the best food in the world can’t make up for the most miserable service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant in my life.

Just another western washed ramen place cutting corners being as cheap as possible because people here at the end of the day don’t know what true ramen really is

Wabi House delivers a solid ramen and small-plates experience in a stylish, comfortable setting. The noodles have good texture, and some dishes like the spicy miso ramen I have real flavor depth. The ambiance is inviting, with friendly staff and a casual bar-and-ramen vibe. However, a few details hold it back: some broths seemed less rich than expected, and certain toppings (like chashu) were reported as a bit tough or over-cooked. Also, when it’s busy, service and wait times can become a minor frustration.Overall, it’s worth a visit if you’re looking for ramen with a twist and a great atmosphere—but if you’re a purist hunting the deepest, most traditional broth, you might want to keep expectations moderate.

Mediocre tonkotsu. Broth was decent but too little relative to the noodles. Ajitsuke tamago was ok, a bit overboiled, chashu was decent - thick and well-grilled but just not very succulent. Karaage was also just very average. Lunchtime ramen pricing was a positive - $9. (But I personally care more for quality than price)

Visited a couple times. The first visit turned out to be great and really loved the ramen and appetizers.

However second visit (pictured) turned out to be not so great; ramen, appetizers and cocktails all were a bit taste-less.

Not sure I’ll revisit tho.

Food is great, but the service has gone down so much. The waitress gives me an attitude for no reasons when taking my order. No one bothered to bring me the check after I asked for it. This is the second place I have left zero for tips.

One of the best ramen spots in Dallas, Texas. The ramen, fried chicken, and fried mushroom with bone marrow sauce is amazing.
