Waterproof is a fun but crowded restaurant, especially in the pool area. Evenings are more laid back when the pool is closed. The table reservation was a bit pricey, $200 according to the staff. Despite not having dessert on the menu, the server and manager made a special effort for a birthday celebration, bringing out the lights for the group. The beautiful view is a highlight, but some guests were disappointed with seating arrangements for the show. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
