Husband found this restaurant on instagram, so we tried it. Great food and atmosphere. Small establishment but very nice. We ordered Waya Buns, Pork Gyoza, Porkribs Tonkotsu, and Beef Yakisoba (pictured). Enjoyed our experience.
I love any place where the original is done precisely and deliciously. Meaning: you can’t go wrong with the classic Tonkotsu. It’s not plain, it’s classic.

We got the spicy tonkotsu ramen and it was so tasty!! Mariam was our server and the service was top tier. I would recommend the sake margarita with any tonkotsu option.

We come all the way from Farmers Branch just to eat here. They have the best ramen around here and plum wine too! Today, we tried their wagyu sushi and it was so delicious, the meat melted in your mouth. 10/10
