“We just left this location. We ALWAYS choose THIS location for one thing- THE SERVICE. The night manager (sweetest lady) checked our order two times and made sure we had fresh fries with lots of sauces (6 person family). The cashier (you know him by his bubbly “customer service voice”) will always leave you with a smile. My 7 year old son absolutely loves him. This night staff deserves 10 stars. Thank you team!“
“I had some issues here not going to lie not all the time my order was right, but the one thing I will always say is my food was never old or cold. If I address any problems they will always make it right. I love all the staff there even since I met Manager Lewis and then I cried when he left but they had a new Manager and she's amazing she always take care of me the same way Lewis did and they always remember me and know exactly what I like and don't like. I have never had another Wendy's treat me so good as this location. I believe they need more credit on their reviews and hope they get recognition for such outstanding service for this. As a returning customer and their local regular customer I hope they get a day off or some kind of recognition for their hard work and team work.“
“I stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order,and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. Awesome job, Andres!!!

“I have not been to a Wendy's in many years as there is no one convenient to where I live. My son has been a big SpongeBob fan for most of his life and he wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal. When we went, it was not crowded. I think I was expecting a little more from the special meal than what we received. It seemed to be just a basic Wendy's single with cheese, fries and a beverage along with a sheet of stickers. The stickers were really cool and my son took them to school.“

I ordered 20 spicy nuggs total and a CHERRY dr pepper and a lemonade. They gave me 20 regular nuggs, a plain dr pepper and a fanta ? not the same thing I ordered. But not bad overall, usually they are good right before “lunch rush” without any errors“

“Visiting my sister in Oak Cliff, and stopped to grab a bite, since she's on a health kick. Ordered thru the app, to pick up in the drive-thru. Paid extra for bacon and added extra pickles. Food was FRESH and hot AF, but there was one or 2 pickles, and NO bacon. I was already comfy at her dining table, so I wasn't going back. Staff was VERY friendly, just wish my order had come out correctly. Would recommend for the ease of ordering ahead, and their speed of service, as well as their professionalism and friendliness. Just be sure to check your order before driving off.“

I recently visited the Wendy’s drive-thru with my son and had an interesting experience. I noticed a sign by the ordering station that advertised a free 10-piece nugget when you download the app. I decided to give it a try and ordered a Biggie Bag for my son and a 10-piece nugget for myself. However, when I tried to apply the offer, it wasn’t available in the app.
When I reached the window, I met Jose, who was kind and helpful. I explained the situation and asked to add another 10-piece nugget to make it a 20-piece total. Jose went above and beyond to help, even though it complicated the order. He removed the first 10-piece to scan my coupon, which then made the code invalid. At this point, a woman named Carla stepped in, and her attitude was very unprofessional. She seemed frustrated with the situation, saying things like, “What is she doing?” and “You’ve messed up the system.” I found her demeanor to be quite rude, especially for someone working in customer service.
Despite Carla’s behavior, Jose remained calm and patient throughout the entire interaction. He was determined to fix the issue for me, showing great customer service skills. In the end, even though the coupon could no longer be used due to the system error, Jose made sure everything was taken care of properly and with a smile.
I was very disappointed in Carla’s attitude, as customer service should always be a priority in food service. However, I want to sincerely commend Jose for his patience and professionalism. He exemplified what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you, Jose, for making what could have been a frustrating situation a positive one!“
“The cashier was friendly and super patient with us as it was our first time. The house Margarita was surprisingly good ( not too sweet and could taste the gold tequila). The fries were hot and fresh and the Classic Burger with bacon was delicious!!! Not mention parking was easy in the adjacent garage which is a plus!??“
