Ordered through Uber eats the food came really quickly I had a great driver. My order was completely wrong they gave me spicy hot ghost pepper nuggets that gave me an allergic reaction. I ordered mild parmesan. They gave me a plain baked potato even though I ordered and paid for cheese and bacon. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location prior to ordering. Their mistakes are careless, expensive and dangerous.

I’m not sure what this young high school teens got going on at this Wendy’s but that’s not acceptable!
People don’t have time to come back to get the order remake!! We are all grown .!! If I come up there and act a fool I’ll be in the wrong . So management please handle this ..

Very bad customer service. I had to use the restroom very badly so I stop by Wendy’s . I politely ask to use their bathroom. Very rudely a employee stated that I had to buy something just to use their bathroom. I didn’t know that Wendy’s didn’t have public bathroom but I didn’t deserve to be talk to rude and with an attitude. When I spoke to them very politely

They themselves do not know what the scan code of their app is for, I have to explain to them, the glasses are given to me empty and I have to ask them to fill them because their own machine asks for a code that they never told me apart from the fact that I ask for it in the best possible way. way they respond to me and look as if I were begging for alms, understand they are offering a service not doing a favor.

Came to eat a spicy chicken sandwich. Not to happy with this Wendys. I've been to others and had a better meal. The fries were cold and after I told them they took them and threw them back in the fryer and she walked away to do something else. Then a guy dumped our fries in the serving pan and dumped some more on top of them and served them at the drive thru. Then after they dumped another batch she served us the fries again. By that time our sandwiches were cold already and I wasn't about to tell them again. The tea was colored water with very little flavor. I had to change my drink . I will not be back here again after this experience and for the money I spent I could of went to Gonzales and got better food and service without the attitude..

They didn’t let me know or make me aware when I asked what was in the Cobb salad that there was BACON. I do NOT eat bacon. Like do the cook need that??

Horrible, first, can not order due to a language barrier. Then $17.24 for 2 breakfast sandwich combos. And then they were so poorly made and missing sauce and cheese on both sandwiches. I spend good money, I expect decent food and pleasant service. Wendy's is clearly failing terribly. Just my $.02. Vote with your pocket book.

Ordered 3 bacon double stack burgers , not a single one of them had bacon on it! Ordered a cookie didn’t get the cookie! Ordered spicy nuggets and got soggy half cooked regular NON SPICY nuggets! Tired of this .. I’ve been so nice after all these mistakes simply because this is the closest Wendy’s to me but I promise you I’ll never come back to this one again! 0 stars if I could

THANK YOU JOSE!

I recently visited the Wendy’s drive-thru with my son and had an interesting experience. I noticed a sign by the ordering station that advertised a free 10-piece nugget when you download the app. I decided to give it a try and ordered a Biggie Bag for my son and a 10-piece nugget for myself. However, when I tried to apply the offer, it wasn’t available in the app.

When I reached the window, I met Jose, who was kind and helpful. I explained the situation and asked to add another 10-piece nugget to make it a 20-piece total. Jose went above and beyond to help, even though it complicated the order. He removed the first 10-piece to scan my coupon, which then made the code invalid. At this point, a woman named Carla stepped in, and her attitude was very unprofessional. She seemed frustrated with the situation, saying things like, “What is she doing?” and “You’ve messed up the system.” I found her demeanor to be quite rude, especially for someone working in customer service.

Despite Carla’s behavior, Jose remained calm and patient throughout the entire interaction. He was determined to fix the issue for me, showing great customer service skills. In the end, even though the coupon could no longer be used due to the system error, Jose made sure everything was taken care of properly and with a smile.

I was very disappointed in Carla’s attitude, as customer service should always be a priority in food service. However, I want to sincerely commend Jose for his patience and professionalism. He exemplified what excellent customer service looks like. Thank you, Jose, for making what could have been a frustrating situation a positive one!

Order through doordash and my whole order was either wrong or cold. I didn't get my chicken sandwich or my sauces for my nuggets. Everything was cold. Very upset about how it turned out, wasted $30.
