YES I WAS IN THE drive thru and JOSE was the person taking the orders. I told him i had my mobile app and he stated that we MUST GO INSIDE TO USE OUR APP. I ASKED HIM SINCE WHEN BECAUSE WENDYS ALLOWS YOU TO USE APP AND HE SAID ITS WENDYS POLICY AND ALWAYS HAS been. THEN HE LAUGHED AT ME AND CURSED AT ME ON THE SPEAKER WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE. Completely out of line and i know this is a lie about the app. I MADE SURE THAT I REPORTED THIS TO CORPORATE BECAUSE THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO THE RIGHT THING EVER AND MANAGEMENT THERE DONT EITHER. I HATE THIS LOCATION AND IT HONESTLY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Corporate has my complaint .

I would not ever go here again or feed it to my dog. Order completely wrong. Verified it and still wrong. Food was cold. Tea was slimy I am sick to my stomach from looking at it . I just threw it out the window and you can see the slim drip. I was sick and mad because I was away from the location. Fries old. Nuggets old it's a horrible experience and fast food is no longer cheap for this kind of service. Please check your order and I normally do but it was hot and I was tired from working later than normal. Just wanted a cold sweet tea and was disappointed. I want my money back but it went out the window w the tea and food that went in the trash...Never again. I mean old cold food

Not sure what happened at this location but it has terrible service! Very slow and when you ask for anything they don’t know how to answer. Gave us a baconator with no bacon!!!
Tried to go wash my hands and there was no soap, asked them for soap and they said they’ll do it later. How do you wash your hands before returning to work?
We won’t be returning to this Wendy’s for a long time.

The lady at the drive thru acted like she didn't even want to be there. I asked for no ketchup because I'm Allergic to tomatoes but they put ketchup on my food anyway. Cheese wasn't even melted on the baconator fries

Edit: Pedro showed excellent customer service on my latest visit! Food was hot & ready!..Love me some Wendy's chili! Potatoes 🥔 were fresh, topped w plenty of cheese! Employees were extremely nice! Excellent customer service!Didn't get names, but It was a nice young Hispanic man and female( possibly manager). It was Wed, April 2nd, near closing time. Will definitely return when I'm in the area!!
The lady that was taking our order was very rude, after asking her why i was being charged for 4 orders when i clearly stated one. She got very aggressive when I corrected her and when I asked her if she could make chilli without bacon she came back at me with a snarky tone saying that their chilli only comes with bacon already on it.
Do not go here the only good worker was the manager himself, everyone else there was an imbecile that will guarantee to get your order completely wrong.
Over charging me for a 4 piece chicken nugget are you kidding me?

I only came here two times and both times they messed up my order, got charged $2.39 per chicken piece and the worker taking my order said she couldn’t make chili without the bacon since it was already made. She gave me premade chili and got mad at me for asking about the chicken nuggets being $2.39 PER CHICKEN PIECE.
