absolute garbage. my husband and i have returned multiple times, in hopes of them ever improving, but today was my last day ever eating wendy’s. meat is always dry. buns, fries and nuggets are always stale, and old or reheated food is always handed to us, so old, to the point, we both get physically sick. use to like getting a small wendy’s bag when we didn’t feel like cooking or having an 8 course meal, but this wendy’s? would not recommend, and should be permanently closed for the distribution of old, and stale food that has made me projectile vomit.

I have ate at many Wendy's in the US but I must say this is the WORST I have been to. I have many complaints because they are close to home & I keep hoping that they have improved because I love Wendy's but no not this one. They are Always understaffed. Have been there when only two people were working. My order is almost always wrong. Food is cold. Wait is too long. I waited for 20 minutes once. Employee are rude and difficult to understand. I sure there are more complaints. I am so disappointed.

My coffee had a really bad aftertaste. I could only take two sips and had to throw it away. I don’t know if they are cleaning the coffee machine, or if they cleaned it with a dirty rag, but the coffee definitely tasted horrible.
This is the most disgusting place I have ever ate at food is already pre cooked and dry the staff are so nasty they should've been closed down.

I stoped by to get lunch for my girls and I. Iordered 3 biggie bag meals witch normally are given to me in 3 small bags this time they gave me everything in one large bag with asoon as I got in my home it ripped and everything spilled on the floor I am so up set at least the sandwiches where saved due to being wrapped but can’t say the same for the nuggets and fries

Just went up there and ordered a chicken sandwich, and a baconator. Dude working at the window dropped my lemonade and just picked it up and refilled it using the same cup that fell. Stale fries, stale buns and how tf y’all sell a chicken sandwich and ain’t crunchy even after it being fried chicken? Labro was wearing skinny jeans and sagging, showing his dirty draws to all customers.
