My food was cold my burgers and fries I will never eat at this following location we just pulled and ordered and our food was already ready they didn't even make the food fresh or hot what's wrong with people they don't care about what they serve you this is sad.

LAZY!!!!! I don’t know how else to put it. Don’t come after 9pm they are super lazy, have the nerve to talk back when you ask for fresh fries KNOWING the Fries are 20 mins old and cold. Didn’t even get my whole order and said “I was doing something, what did you want?” I had to ask if I should pull up. Ugh just put a smashburger there

They refused to give me a bag with handles because I was not Uber! It's of no concern to them if it's contents spill. I had to hold a child's hand with 1 hand. What's the diff if it's Uber? 1st off, they close @ 8, which is unheard of
Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly when a single parent has to hold their hand and 2 meals with the other, upstairs
I ordered fries, chili, spicy nuggets and a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The lemonade puree is definitely spoiled! Not even 2 hours later and my stomach is turning still. Oh and I haven’t even ate the nuggets or chili yet so I know it’s neither of those!

It's ok they keep it pretty clean. The homeless comes in often. I currently don't have a home yet either so no judgement but I don't wanna be bothered while I eat. Lol But I also wanna encourage others to be a blessing and help out when you can. You could be in the same predicament so always be humble ❤️

Do not come here, not only did i get bad food poisoning, the old oil they use for their fries landed my poor mother in the hospital. We ended up having to go into the emergency room to get surgery to fix this.

Really wanted breakfast, drove thru, was told to hang on. No one ever came back on the speaker. There was a truck in front of me, who backed up TWICE to the window, probably to complain about something, gave some food back and drove off. Then 4 more cars came up behind me, still no one came back to the speaker. The person behind me honked (was rude but I understood). We all sat there for 10 mins, nothing. So I thought maybe they forgot people were here, so I drove up to the window, someone walked past the window and then never came back. The food isn’t the best here but damn idk what was going on. But please fix it.
