If your going to hire workers make sure they actually work and not just go outside to smoke while you were told to pull forward and wait on your food. I wouldn't have bothered with waiting if I didn't already pay. Might as well shut this wendys down.

The breakfast sausage egg and cheese muffin was terrible. The English muffin was tough and had a bad taste.

Well I ordered on line and the food still came out late. There was a group of people waiting to take their order no one paid attention to them as a result they left. Note to self I will not be coming here again. The people behind the counter are laughing us as we wait a now getting a finger snap by one of the employees (I can’t with this). My kitchen party was burnt

Went in on 6/18/25 ar 6:15pm. No one dining inside, 3 ppl in line ahead of my spouse. I go search for a CLEAN table. None to be found. We left.
It was a drive thru, but the order was correct, and the staff was super sweet. The food, as always, was great.

Employees are not very customer focused. It doesn't help that salt & pepper, ketchup, napkins, nor any plastic utensils are out for public access. Employees moved slowly and seemed unhappy when responding to customers. I have gone there several times while visiting UTSW and it seems to be getting worse. I will not go back!

Wait OVER 20 minutes in the line today and wasted my entire lunch break to get home and EVERYTHING is wrong, stale and cold!! I had to yell in the speaker to get someone attention! This place should be SHUT DOWN!
