love it
The Whataburger at Forest Lane at Web Chapel in Dallas has messed up my order the last 3 times Ive gone through the drive through. Tonight, I ordered two chili cheeseburger meals. Got home and one of them had no chili on it. There is no coroner service or quality control at this restaurant. The drive through is extremely slow. If you try to complain, nobody cares. Do not recommend this location.
Nothing like ordering “no onions” just to have a mountain of raw onions all over your dinner. There’s no picking them off either bc there’s literally so many that it’s seeped into the bun and made it soggy as well as every piece of lettuce and pickles tasting of nothing but onions. Whataburger offers a fast-food experience that many customers enjoy, with friendly staff at the drive-thru and a focus on keeping cars moving through both lanes. The food is generally fresh and made correctly, making it a popular choice in North Dallas. However, service can sometimes be inconsistent, especially when the restaurant is short-staffed. Customers have reported issues like receiving cold onion rings, missing items, or having their orders prepared with errors, such as mustard on a double meat jr burger despite requests for no mustard. Despite these occasional problems, some staff members try to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, like providing missing potatoes without argument. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with a small kids menu and classic sides, and appears to be accessible for wheelchair users, often allowing customers to stay in their cars. Parking is limited, mainly designed for drive-thru service. The restaurant’s quality can vary, but many customers appreciate the friendly service and convenient location.
