Authentic, buttery chicken with the most delicious adobo type rub. Spanish rice is authentic and savory. Highly recommend, I have noticed the chicken is better earlier in the day but they also cook items to order although i haven't tried anything but their half chicken. Salsa verde is some of the best in town
Tortillas are fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced! I bought a dozen corn tortillas for less than $5 and the associate was friendly and helpful. The place is a very cute hole in the wall spot with arcade games, a good amount of seating, and ample parking (located in a shopping center). Highly recommend stopping in and trying out El Pollito if you find yourself in northwest Dallas!
