The prices were very high for the amount of food which was very little, and you had to pay extra for everything, they charged me almost two dollars for a small glass of ice, they don't give napkins, cutlery, plates or anything, anything you have to pay

The service leaves a lot to be desired, the food is very good but for everything you have to pay extra and I think it is not correct to see that they put their price and be clear because you are already at your table and they tell you that you have to pay something extra hehe ? that was what

Food / chicken was undercooked, the sides were insipid and when I took 4 forklifts and plastic knives this owner asshat was abusive beyond belief. Failing business . Hope he gets robbed

Authentic, buttery chicken with the most delicious and complex rub. Spanish rice is authentic and savory. Highly recommend. Salsa verde is some of the best in town very flavorful and creamy

Authentic, buttery chicken with the most delicious adobo type rub. Spanish rice is authentic and savory. Highly recommend, I have noticed the chicken is better earlier in the day but they also cook items to order although i haven't tried anything but their half chicken. Salsa verde is some of the best in town

We tried this place yesterday for the first time. The woman at the register was rude and didn't want to answer simple questions about items on the menu. We should have walked out. The lady outside making the corn cups was nice, and they were delish. Once our order was ready on the inside, I decided to check it. We live almost an hour away. I wanted to make sure everything was okay. I could feel "rude register lady" eyeing me down for checking the order. We asked for another red sauce, and she told us it would be $.65. I gladly paid for it. I ordered two chicken and one beef fajita taco. My friend ordered the three chicken taco special. They were all seasoned well. The chicken was a little on the dry side. We will not return to this establishment except to get the corn in the cup.

Tortillas are fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced! I bought a dozen corn tortillas for less than $5 and the associate was friendly and helpful. The place is a very cute hole in the wall spot with arcade games, a good amount of seating, and ample parking (located in a shopping center). Highly recommend stopping in and trying out El Pollito if you find yourself in northwest Dallas!
