The Buckner and Samuel location needs to be closed. No one at the location has a clue what’s going on. You would think that using the app would eliminate some of the errors, it works at every other location except this one.
While this maybe the last time I visit this location until this franchise is transferred, I can count on one hand the number of times they have got my order correct. I’ve had them put Mayo on my Whataburger more than once. I guess their employees...read full review
