11/9/23-Everytime I have ordered here in the drive-thru, they have forgotten something from my order. Today, they forgot the rolls! I was so disappointed to get home and find the rolls missing. I blamed my wife since she didn't check the order when we left.Not sure how much longer we will keep coming back since we don't seem to get our full order.
The manager, whose name I believe to be Ruendy, came to help me after my son choked and fortunately provided me water and advice on how to get him to pass the bone he had eaten.Kid-friendliness: He helps and saved my kids life

This place saved the day for me. Got off work at midnight and I was starving for some chicken but everywhere was closed. Google showed the Buckner location was open so I drove all the way from Plano. The graveyard shift crew were awesome! The chicken, rolls, fries, & mac’n cheese were Hot, Fresh, and Perfect!!! ?Thank you for being open late!!! Will be doing this again.
