Food was not hot. Made me pay for bbq sauce and didn't even get it. I know it's my fault for not double checking. I asked for a dr pepper with no ice but instead got a coca cola.
I ordered a burger "all the way" and they gave me meat and cheese only and the fries where under done. To top it all off, they charged almost $14 for it. I didn't open the burger to find out until I was already gone.

I went through the drive-through, and when I received my food, the fries were Luke warm closer to cold. The burger was also not warm. This is the first time I got food drop Whatabirger, and it was not tasty.
