The Buckner and Samuel location needs to be closed. No one at the location has a clue what’s going on. You would think that using the app would eliminate some of the errors, it works at every other location except this one.

I had items missing from my order... the chocolate shake was made wrong because it looked like a vanilla shake but they showed me it wasn't... the place was just full of children working that don't seem to care if your order is right or not
