The Buckner and Samuel location needs to be closed. No one at the location has a clue what’s going on. You would think that using the app would eliminate some of the errors, it works at every other location except this one.
While this maybe the last time I visit this location until this franchise is transferred, I can count on one hand the number of times they have got my order correct. I’ve had them put Mayo on my Whataburger more than once. I guess their employees...read full review

nice place to eat
food is good, haven't had any issues with them being it right. Believe it or not their shake machine is always working (hope I didn't just jinx myself lol) and it is always clean. Whataburger is a reliable spot for good food, consistently serving hot and correct orders. The staff is friendly, patient, and polite, ensuring a positive experience for customers. Virginia, the manager, greets everyone with a smile and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is accessible for all, with parking for handicaps, a ramp for wheelchairs, and a kid-friendly environment. While there may be occasional issues with online orders and some complaints about lunch and dinner items, Whataburger is still a great option for a quick bite with family or friends. Breakfast items like the sausage breakfast bowls and breakfast burritos are highly praised, but there are concerns about the quality of other meals when they get cold.
