We arrived at this drive-thru around 11:30pm. There were 3 or 4 cars in line before us. The line moved VEEEERY slowly! We got in the line where we couldn't get out, so we were there around 45 minutes! It appeared there were 3 young ladies working inside. There were longer than necessary delays it seemed between each order taken. It SEEMED like the same person was taking the orders, cooking the meals and then giving them to customers! The burgers were good, but fries weren't too tasty! Although two burgers were to be w/o onions, one had oniins on it. And it seemed odd to me that the woman gave me the price of our order ($22 even) a millisecond after I gave last order of a Whataburger Jr.!

Door says 24/7, Google says 24/7. Walked up to the door at 720 and doors were locked. A couple employees made eye contact, but no one would come let me in. Hard to rate when I don’t have access during listed hours.

Waited at the counter for 7 to 10 minutes. No hello, be right with you, or anything. 1 person in lobby eating and 1 car driving up to the drive thru. Will not be back. EVER SINCE THEY sold, it isn't the same. It is worse.Parking: Plenty of accessible parking.Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible door for people in wheelchairs. Isn't that part of the ADA law.
