The lady fixing the snow cones put barely any flavor and when I went back to let her know she sarcastically said I fixed them I know how much I put on it. She was rude and acted as if she didn’t like her job.

Waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I asked another customer has her order been taking and she said, “no, she hasn’t taken my order” so I finally asked the woman working is she opened and she snapped and said o told you I’ll be right with you. I said ma’am you haven’t said one word to me I’ve been standing here. I understand people having a bad day but being rude to someone who wanted to spend their money with you is crazy. I hope you have a better day. My flava for today was pure disgust.

I got watermelon and mango. Neither flavors taste remotely like the name. Watermelon esp bad, tastes like medicine. Also there was a tiny bit of yellow on top and rest is all “watermelon”
Ice was not easily broken apart as well. I wondered I got the right flavoring….
So bad, I had to ask if there was any way I could exchange and swap out the flavor… because I knew I just wouldn’t continue to eat this. They said I would just have to buy another cup. Completely understand, but would have been nice if they even gave me a small cup with new flavor (I bought the large). Save your money and avoid.
Into the trash this goes… :(

Got my daughter one and they put the spoon all the way at the bottom with all the ice on top when she took out the spoon the whole thing fell and they just closed the window and it cost them so much to offer another one . Bad customer service from the beginning for that cactus girl

Hands down one of the best snow cone trucks. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They are very fast and are eager to make sure you get what you asked for. On the menu, it says that any extra item is 50 cents to 1 dollar, which is very reasonable. If ya'll can read the menu and stop being ignorant, the people working wouldn't be rude to you.

Really bad experience. Specifically ask for sugar free and not given sugar free. Currently cannot have sugar like that because of medical reasons during pregnancy and had a really really bad spike. What I got tasted sweet but I trusted the people serving me and I don't know what the difference is.
