Rude staff on Christmas day.
I will absolutely never dine here again. I made a reservation for Christmas Day because I knew I’d be dining alone but still wanted to have nice experience and instead the hostess pointed me to the bar top and told me it was first come first serve (despite me both having and confirming my reservation) that had to be the rudest, most inconsiderate thing I have EVER experienced.
