Well, not much for the semi lines to place my order. That being said, if the food wasn't good there would be no lines. Plus the chicken is always fresh. Oh, and there seems to be enough of them placed around the greater DFW area. Go check them out if you want a tasty reasonably priced chicken bite.

My food is always hot & fresh! Had to wait 15 minutes for dark meat, but that was okay b/c normally I don't have to wait. Neutral on atmosphere, since it is a drive thru only.

Chicken was hot and fresh. The rice wasn't what I remembered. It was greasy and mushy, with a few hard pieces of rice. Chicken was flavorful (maybe a Lil too salty, but good). Okra was on point. Service was to be expected... it's William's, not Chick Fil A.
