I purchased a 3 piece dark with corn fritters today. The chicken was not fresh or hot but the corn fritters were. It was surprising because this location normally has great food. Very disappointing!
First off let me say that the first time I noticed this place there was a line outside of the door. I did everything I could to get inside that day but it wasn't meant to be. A few days later I made my way back there and went inside to order. It was early and they were just opening, so there a few dishes I wanted that weren't available. I wasn't impressed with my first piece of their chicken, but later after I'd warmed it up it was a whole different story....
Today I finally tried this place out . I've been meaning to try this chicken place for a while now. First of, the employees were all very friendly and courteous. They even engaged in a causal conversation. Props to y'all. Second and foremost, the fried chicken was beyond delicious. Hot and juicy and very flavorful. As a truck driver I appreciate a good meal. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart. I'll be back soon God willing.
