There’s a big difference between Cajun and original hot! My meal was ruined because of this mistake! The incompetence by this establishment is beyond comprehension, I really threw this order right into the garbage the incompetence at this establishment is real so is their location at Buckner next to El Rancho both establishments are very poorly equipped to handle simple orders!! Two big thumbs down!!! For Wingstop!!

I called the store to ask for the hiring manger the first I was hung up on so I called back a second time to asked if anna new when they would be in because I was looking for a job at this location she just said they was not hiring any more an the phone was disconnected I really like this location

Cashier was rude when placing order and seemed bothered by us even placing and order and agreeing to the outrages wait time. When paying she also gave the worst attitude all because she didn’t want to break a $50 when clearly could see she had given change from $100 before hand. There was another guy who had attitude and refused to take orders unless you were picking up. The store is unbearably hot as well, whoever property management or corporate needs to fix the ac. It’s Texas summer is about to start and you have workers working in a hot environment, I was hotter than outside.

I am very Disappointed!! I had order a lemon pepper wings with seasoned fries. The wings were so cold they were crusty the taste was so disgusting I had to throw them away! i wouldn’t recommend this place please save your money! Also another thing I didn’t like how this short girl with blonde hair give me in attitude she needs to be more professional to customers!.
I placed an order so I could have time to eat and not wait and all staff including managers are all in the back talking on their phones while me and another two couples are waiting for their orders literally worse service ever !!! Now I have no lunch to eat because they decided to not make my food I placed my order at1:15 and it is currently 1:30 I got there at 1:11 I thought I would wait but didn’t imagine that I would have to wait just because they didn’t start they weren’t busy they had no orders im so irritated my fries were not full and I found a hair on my ranch !!
