The manager Andres stole money off my card when he was supposed to be refunding my money as I refused to accept the pizza after they attempted to charge me an extra $2 for for red pepper and Parmesan cheese then said he can charge whatever he wants. I requested a corporate number and district manager. He refused and provided me a fake number. My card has been charged twice for a pizza I didn’t take. He lied and said he was refunding it.
The order was delivered half an hour after latest estimated delivery time on given window. When I tried to contact the store they would either hang up on me, or what sounded like putting the headset on the counter and moving it occasionally to produced a sharp noise in my ear. The pizza when it finally arrived had oviously spent some time horizontal.
