My wife and I made a reservation for two nights with the first night being a late checkin due to a late flight. Unfortunately our flight was rescheduled to 5 am the next morning and we maintained the prepaid reservation. We arrived in Dallas and arrived to aloft at 8-9 am the next morning. I just want to thank the amazing staff for the kindness they showed to so many of us today. When so many of us were seeking shelter from what was thought to be an active shooter at the cheerleading NCA competition, your staff were literally pulling people off the streets to safety and allowed so many of us to seek shelter. I am seeing that unfortunately other businesses were not this kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made a really traumatic situation a little easier....read full review
This is one of the coolest hotels you'll ever stay at in Dallas! Its very energetic & welcoming atmosphere.
Its a vintage industrial building with unique features that remain part of the interior. They added sleek, contemporary elements for that extra WOW effect! (I live locally & have stayed here numerous times)🎆
