I spoke with Jessica the store manager at 1:28p over the phone who said that she would return my money. I am waiting for her return call that this has been resolved. I will not remove this review until resolution. Here is the reason why.....I ordered online but was then told they didn't have turkey when I arrived at restaurant. It's not bad, hear me, it not bad. It's just the slowest sandwich shop in the downtown area. I mean dang my lunch break is only so long. My whole 30min break shouldn't be watching you take 30min to make the sandwich with only 3 ppl in line.
