The food is disappointing for the price. Robbery actually. I could make better pasta at home. Service was equally disappointing. Our server thought it was more important to tend to the tv than sit us down. Music is too loud. Server also took forever to take our order. For the atmosphere they are trying to create in there, i would expect the servers to be professionally dressed. The dip was good. We are very surprised at how disappointing dinner was, about 5 months ago we had visited for brunch and the food and service was much better than this last visit, very sad.

The fried catfish and fries 10/10. Dirty was okay. Only 1 server, but there was only about 12 people in the entire place to serve. My friends said the drinks weren't that great either. Seemingly over priced. 18% gratuity pushing it.

First time here, I heard it from TikTok, the guy who made the video made it look so good. So boom I took my mom here for Mother’s Day. We made a reservation for 12:30 3 adults 2 kids. When we walked in we stood at the entrance for a good 7 min before we were welcomed and seated. After 15 min a server finally came over to us to take our order. We wanted to order the crab cakes and seafood dip, the server said they don’t have of that. When we told him it look like yall are short staffed he said he told his staff don’t come in today , because it’s rainy and he didn’t think it would have been busy. He said but it was better opportunity for him because he was broke and needed the money. There were only 3 people working, a waiter, a waitress, and 1 cook, With a room full of woman, couples and group parties who were ready to eat. Very interesting 🤔
We ordered an appetizer and shortly after we put our food order in. Y’all, why did it take over an hour just for us to get our food and it didn’t even come out at the same time, maybe 2-3 people got their food and my baby started crying saying I’m hungry and everyone else is eating. The food came out before the appetizer. And the worst part of it all my MOM didn’t even get what she ordered. My mom only got the appetizer. I didn’t even tell yall everything that happened , but I’m tired of typing and so disappointed. It’s Mother’s Day what restaurant isn’t busy. The music was a 10/10 but that ain’t enough with a grumbling stomach. Ruined my experience. We drove all the way from Killeen just to experience this foolishness. Beyond irritated.

Terrible! Took us a hour 30 minutes to get our food! It was only 2 servers. Our server said he didn’t want anyone to come in today on Mother’s Day bc he need all the money. Food was cold my 7yr old son was crying bc he was hungry! Servers had good attitude under pressure and serving. Music was a vibe. they didn’t have half the menu! NO LAMB CHOPS, no crab cake, NO, seafood Dip! 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

4/18/2026 Beware! We saw a roach climbing down the wall in the bar area. Then we looked over at the little window in the kitchen and a lady was holding French toast with no gloves and taking it to the grill.

I will never return. Dallas/Carrollton Health Department will be notified immediately.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE SOMEBODY GETS SALMONELLA.

4/12/2026 I had a very disappointing experience at X-Experience restaurant. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. Our waitress seemed completely unprepared, almost like it was her first day, and she was unable to properly manage our group even though the restaurant was nearly empty.

We had to repeatedly ask for basic service, which should never happen. We placed our order at 4:00 PM and didn’t receive our food until almost 5:00 PM, and to make matters worse, the food came out cold. The water was served without ice, and overall attention to detail was lacking.

To make things worse, several items listed on the menu weren’t even available. There was no steak, no lamb chops items that were clearly part of the menu. It’s frustrating to choose a restaurant based on its offerings, only to find out they can’t deliver.

On top of that, an automatic 18% gratuity was added to all 12 of our tickets. With the level of service we received, this felt completely unfair. Gratuity should reflect good service, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

To add to the frustration, they didn’t even have change for a $100 bill, which is unacceptable for a restaurant.

Overall, the food was cold and not enjoyable, the service was terrible, and the entire experience was not worth it. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Music to loud, you have to ye'll literally to order your food and drinks. This is not a custom restaurant for they are focused more on drink orders which bring on money. Totally understandable!

The Devil Eggs were missing mustard and tasted sour.

I ordered the lamp chops medium well, with greens and mac and cheese. Its a no go.

Lamb chops were not seasoned well, collard greens needed more seasoning and attention, the mac and cheese was dry and band. I took my food home and recooked it myself with seasoning and flavor.

Remember this is my opinion! I will not come back.

Went doe dinner on Friday night it was pretty empty for the most part but we order blackened fish with collared greens and dirty rice and he had Mac n cheese it was great and they had good music with hookah
