I don't understand why people cram themselves into Honor Bar when there's a perfectly good New American restaurant right around the corner with food just as good, if not better. I ended up at YO! Lobster because Honor Bar had a 2-hour wait, and I wanted to try something new. I'm so glad I did!
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was super friendly. The sushi was actually really good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken and French toast as well as the chicken and fries. The sauces here are amazing, especially the spicy mayo that comes with the fries—it's a must-try.
Before you waste two hours waiting at Honor Bar, give YO! Lobster a try. There's something better waiting around the corner!

So glad to see the Watermelon Gazpacho back on the Menu, it's terrific! The Blue Fin Tuna Tartare and the Ahi Crudo are outstanding as well., Always great, fresh seafood and sushi.

A standout this visit was the Blue Fin Tuna Tartare Special! Large fresh chunks of Tuna with guacamole, and jalapeño.l Delicious and a great value. We also love the Ahi Tuna Crudo, and Laguna Beach Roll, not to mention the delicious Blood Orange Margarita's.

we ordered a sushi roll which was terrible, I was shocked that they offered rolls on the menu and taste was just grocery store sushi roll level. The lobster roll that we ordered was such little quantity of the lobster served for an entree and that price. Insane that they have this menu, offerings and pricing in the middle of highland park! very disappointed!
The restaurant was recommended to me by a coworker. This particular day, it was rainy outside, but in looking at the menu looked amazing so extended to family to meet me at the restaurant. When we got there, I got settled had a drink and the barn stable oysters, which were great. However, was informed that they had run out of lobster which was odd given the name of the place. I was very disappointed, however, given that the weather was so bad and my family was on their way. We decided to stay and eat. The fish and chips, the whaler sandwich were delicious. The restaurant is known also for their lobster fried rice however because there was no lobster. We had chicken and shrimp fried rice, which was amazing and really saved the evening. Dinner experience. I plan to try the restaurant again because the thank you with the lobster selections does look great and I look forward to trying the Texas lobster roll, the ambience is fine. It's nice small intimate. I could see how it gets very crowded so it would be good to make sure you place a reservation to ensure you have a seat. The staff was friendly so look forward to the next opportunity.

I enjoyed every minute & every morsel. Drew was a great waiter & the hostess was lovely. The Connecticut lobster roll was delicious. We also enjoyed the ahi tartar tacos. The dessert was ridiculous. Peach. Brûlée. Cheesecake. Always a great time.
