The service is just like the food: bland. They don't always have everything on the menu, and the food you do get is subpar. The boba is hard, like it's under/overdone. The teas themselves are good, and the food is okay. But there are too many other tea, chicken, and boba shops to waste my money here again.

Compared to the location in Plano it's convenient for me but falls flat in regards to food quality. The chicken is dry compared to the one in plano and the other items like fries and garlic noodles also fall flat in comparison. It gets drinks right but desperately needs a better chef helming the kitchen.

I ordered the Ube Milkshake. It was delicious. Huge size (for me) and cost $7.04 in total. I only put 4 stars because my milkshake was spilling out of the side. The lid did not have a good seal; I had to drink it quickly to get it to where it wasn't spilling anymore. I don't know if this was a defective lid and cup, but hopefully that won't happen every time.

Very bad customer service by a young lady working the day of 05/22/23 at 4:30pm. We’ve always been customers and love the food, but today the young lady that attended us was the worst! As soon as we arrived she gave us the worst attitude while taking our order, and then ignoring us later when we asked her for a wet towel to help her out cleaning the tables. We went back to order more food and she ignored us as she was busy “washing the dishes”. It was so bad we had to get the very kind gentleman in the kitchen to help us. Please have a talk with her because employees like that will cause you to lose frequent customers.

They can't alter the sweetness of any beverages, otherwise the place is great! It's just I prefer paying for a custom drink- not a pre-made one when I go to boba shops.

I come for the Mangonadaand it's always great. The snacks or antojitos are made to order and are pretty good, but I like to buy a couple of different options and share them with someone else. I can't see myself finishing an order of anything. I've tried mostly everything foodwise and liked them all.

The deserts are good, sure but the workers are so de4d. They aren’t welcoming or friendly. I was looking at the menu and I felt so pressured to order. They’re so serious. It was 2 girls and a guy. All of them were just terrible. I would recommend for people to order and have it for pick up always. That’s what I need to do from now on to not see these miserable workers.

Excellent had a watermelon slush no sugar was amazing. Great service prices are good. Plenty of parking. I went back today for a spicy watermelon slush and it was an epic fail it was not that good not much watermelon Chalk in there and it was not very cold. Rather disappointed I had to lower my star rating.

They simply refuse to make the matcha milk drink fresh. Taste great but they let it sit in a pre mixed container for who knows how long and when you ask them to make it fresh they refuse. Save yourself the hassle and go to Starbucks for this drink. And the boba is not sweet taste like rubber bands.

This location never ceases to disappoints me... SMH. Staff is ALWAYS rude INCLUDING the managers and food and drinks are the WORST and half assed of ALL the other locations. Nothing compared to the Arlington one. The only reason why I keep giving them other chances is because I live down the street and there is no other boba spot around. You would think corporate would quality check this place!! Just terrible.

I’ve only eaten the popcorn chicken from here but it’s really good. I also get the zero fruit tea which is my favorite. The reason for only 4 stars out of 5 is because my tea is supposed to have fruit in it and the last two times I went they forgot to put it in.

I'm generally giving stellar reviews I was looking for a good reason to complement and give credit where credit is due. However, I showed up at this location at 9:35 and their grill was closed. Couldn't even get the cup of corn. This was 25 minutes prior to closing time. Very unacceptable for somebody who may travel out of their way to get there. Hopefully at some point when I try their food, I can reevaluate this rating. But in the meantime management needs to take a look at that, so that the employees aren't trying to run out the door as quickly as they can. ...
