I paid for a Gyro Sandwich and this is what I received. I also paid extra for additional meat. The person at the desk said that a typical sandwich with regular meat only gets 3 small pieces of Gyro meat. He stated that since I paid for extra, I received 4 more pieces.
I asked for a refund at the desk and was told I could NOT get a refund. This is horrible service and I would not recommend it to anyone!

First off I love Zio Al’s and usually I frequent the Addison location but tonight I stopped at the Preston and Lloyd dr and it was a great decision.
Ghali was the best encounter I could had from ordering to menu suggestions. His customer service was superb and one I haven’t seen in many establishments in quite some time. Please go and give them a try.

Very good pizza and wings. Everything was fresh and the wing batter was very crispy. Lemon pepper sauce for the wings was a good ratio between lemon and pepper flavors. The spinach alfredo pizza was executed very well.
