I generally like the food at Zoës and I’m glad there is a location centrally located in Snider Plaza. However, this location is very dated and needs to be remodeled. The staff were not very attentive as they were talking amongst themselves and barely noticed me when I tried to order. It could be a better overall experience, but the food is still healthy and reasonably fast.
Food is good here. I was acall to place an order over the phone only to be put on a never ending hold. I gave up waiting and drove myself to the store (all while still on hold. Got to the restaurant and nobody is here dining in and the kitchen is still extremely slow. Not sure if I was forgotten or what, but I expected much better customer service.

Good place. We ordered some pints of the chicken salad for a gathering we were hosting. It always becomes a crowd favorite. I just wished they would not have closed so many locations. Not sure what's their plan, but surely hope they stay in business.
