Chicken always hot.
Not too bad for a chicken place! The food is often hot and doesn't take long to get out. Although it sometimes is a wait as a lot of customers order large quantities of chicken, leaving nothing for anyone else, it takes roughly 15 minutes for the chicken to cook so the wait can be a bit much, but I do like that lobby is Open til 10 P.M. and Drive-thru is Open Til 12! Only complaint is a little more gravy on the mashed potatoes but other than that the food was great.
