I ordered Chili's to go when I got home I realized that my side items was wrong and not what I ordered and now instead of them bringing your order to you you have to get out and go inside to pick up your order. I don't understand why they ask for a tip when you pay when you're doing all the work when you pick up your order.
I'm in town for work, and stopped at Chili's. Everything started fine, the sliders were part of my appetizer. I took one bite, and realized it was very undercooked, it was pink. I informed the waitress, she took it back and had it remade. The manager never stopped by to check, so I asked for manager. She told me the meat was"fresh and was fine cooked medium rare". Fine. So I pay electronically at the table, and left 20% for the server, because she was great. I start thinking...read full review
Servers that bring food to the car is always nice. Quick service. The salmon dish is worth the price! Grilled chicken great. Chicken crispers great.
