Subway in Decatur

“Great customer service. My truck died in their parking lot. They let me leave it for 3 days, let me work on it for 2 days. Even had an acquaintance show up and get me lunch knowing I was down and out. Gave me water and took care of me. They have a great crew here. This will be my local subway from now on. I can't wait to learn their names, like the man who bought me lunch. Thank yall so much for the hospitality, the water, and the patience.“

“William is gross. He was chewing and playing with his nicotine pouch in his mouth. He kept touching everything without changing his gloves. The support down the line wasn't there, he wasn't communicating to the rest of the team and they were having to scramble to get information to properly cash people out. When they would ask he would give them such a poor attitude back. And again ...the mouth open playing with the nicotine pouch very noticably is just gross. You're hovering over people's food. The rest of the team did great, very polite. If it was just on William I'd give one star, but that's not fair to the rest of the team.“
